Each plaque is built from 8–12 layers of laser-cut woods, creating depth and dimension.

Yes! If it exists, we can design it. If it’s still being built, we’ll wait patiently with you.

Can you add names or dates?

Of course. A little engraving goes a long way.

How a Classic Pattern Wood Bow Tie Is Made

1. Research the Pattern: Design starts with pencil-and-paper sketching while researching images and patterns.

2. Refine the Design: The best sketches are recreated digitally, generally in 2–4 variations.

3. Cut the Wood: The tie design is generally cut into 4 or more pieces from 1/8” woods.

4. Finish the Pieces: The woods are cleaned, and some are oiled.

5. Assemble: The pieces are joined with glue and nails and attached to an adjustable tuxedo-type bow tie strap.

The result is a classic bow tie look in a material no one expects.
